Michael Mingione

Executive Managing Director

Michael Mingione is a practicing CPA with 40 years’ experience and is the founder of New England Capital Group, LLC (NECG), which offers comprehensive real estate finance, advisory and consulting services concentrating on investment real estate, self-storage, and construction contractors.

Michael has been involved in all aspects of real estate valued at over $300 million dollars in recent years; including ownership, acquisitions, development, management, due-diligence/contract negotiations, financing, transaction structure, 1031 exchanges, and general advisory services.

Tim Mingione

Managing Director – Acquisitions & Financing

Tim received his Masters of Business Administration from Baruch College in 2019 with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate. Upon graduation he started TPM Realty Advisors LLC, a commercial real estate advisory and management company.

Prior to real estate, Tim worked on Wall Street for 5 years at Jefferies LLC. He leveraged his undergrad degree in the Financial Analyst Honors program at the University at Albany to land a role as a equity derivatives product controller at Jefferies.

Tim has paired his extensive knowledge in finance with his passion for real estate and has been successful in investing, managing, and advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
